Vegas Design produces or prints work based on your submitted design files, specifications, and instructions. While we will notify you of any errors we identify, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINAL APPROVAL OF DIGITAL PROOFS, PROOFREADING, AND ANY ERRORS IN YOUR DOCUMENT(S).
If errors in the produced work are not due to Vegas Design, you are responsible for the full production costs, as well as the cost of reprinting, should you request us to redo the work.
If precise color matching is essential, please inform us at the start of the project, specify the need for color matching, and be prepared to cover any related costs. For assurance of color accuracy before full production, we recommend requesting a hard copy proof.
If color fidelity or print quality is critical to your project, we highly recommend requesting a full-size hard copy proof to check and approve color and resolution before we proceed with the entire print run.
Please note that each hard copy proof will extend the standard turnaround time. If you require a proof before full production, ensure sufficient time is allowed for this process. Hard copy proofs also incur additional fees and shipping costs.
